Situated right at the Malacca Straits, Singapore has become one of the most important shipping harbors in the world. Singapore is therefore a perfect place for doing business in the whole of Asia. Singapore is the gateway to our IP Asia practice in China, Malaysia and Indonesia. Our presence in Singapore fosters our IP practice and business networks in Asia.

Our sister office Schweiger & Partner (www.marken-patente.de) in Munich, being known as the European center of Intellectual Property, was established in 1996. It is situated down-town near the Munich central station, within walking distance of the German Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office. The German Federal Patent Court is also located in Munich.

Munich is one of the thriving German cities with growing economic strength and power in the fields of car industry, aviation, IT, microelectronics, and biotechnology.

In addition to prosecution and litigation matters, the firm covers all other IP related fields, including licensing and copyright, thereby bridging the gap between technology and law.
